Velorbis launches the Mobii tricycle
Copenhagen, September 2009 – Velorbis, the creator of iconic designer classic bicycles, has launched the dynamic, multi-functional and premium quality Mobii tricycle, hand-built in Denmark.
The Mobii trike not only symbolises the qualities associated with the cool, calm and collected Danish cycling culture; it also provides a green alternative for family and small business transportation.
For families, many of which have one or two small children of similar ages, the Velorbis Mobii tricycle offers a safe, versatile and fun option with which to do the school run and local shopping and is a green and conscience-friendly incentive to leave the 'gas guzzler' or 'Chelsea tractor' in the garage.
Mobii is a beautifully designed trike. It is also robust, flexible and stylish. There is ample space within the carrier box with seat belts to fasten small children securely and safely.
Businesses can also take advantage of the Mobii tricycle as an ideal cargo bike for delivery services. Mobii has a load capacity of up to 100 kg in addition to the cyclist's weight, making it a significant mobile storage room.
Velorbis is well-known for its impeccable styling. Mobii tricycles are not mass-produced. Each trike is exclusively designed and can be customised to reflect its owner’s personality or brand image. Velorbis has collaborated with a design agency to formulate a range of complementary colour and print combinations. Mobii owners can select from these options to choose the colour of the frame and carrier box and also the carrier box print.
